Especially in my yard. All of these pics were taken Sept. 7th. I have had more fun with the Moon the last few months. Usually I am lucky to get a decent shot once in a blue Moon. No pun intended, but this summer I have had many interesting shots.
I am beginning to enjoy taking Sarge out at 1:30am so he can do his business.
The Moon hiding behind the tree again.
You have to get out early to get good shots of the birds. They are telling everyone it is time to wake up. The Scrub Jay is no exception. He squawks until he gets his peanuts. There are 4 Jays that hang around our yards.
This Sparrow looked so contented. Soaking up the Sun.
Golden Finch by the Sunflowers. No more seeds though. They ate them all.
Our only orange Canna. What a beautiful flower.
I walked into the house, and spotted Cruzer. The Sun was starting to shine through our back window.
Early evening I checked on the baby Ducks. They are 6 weeks here. Much bigger now, and coloring has changed.
Henley checking out the garlic plant. Such a funny dog. I know Bloodhounds sniff sniff sniff, but garlic? He enjoys Roses as well.
Sunset was pretty that day, plus it was full moon.
The Moon was in the middle of the clouds, so I was able to get a good shot of it.
That was an interesting day. Thank you for your kind words about Alice. Getting away for the 2 days helped so much. I feel like I have my spunk back.
I need to download more pictures inbetween doing wash etc. So I better get moving!
