We taught Sunday School this morning. I love teaching kids! After church & lunch, my grandson & granddaughter were dropped off for a sleepover. This afternoon he helped me make Apple Cake for our Bible Study's dessert which we hosted tonight. I cut the sugar in half and it was still very delicious and lower calorie:)

I didn't have any supper except for a piece of apple cake which really wasn't on plan. But I did okay for the rest of the day and stayed within my calorie limit.

I am setting my alarm clock 30 minutes earlier so I can get up and work out on the elliptical. I am so close to finishing my book -- I NEED to get back on it emoticon
