Fair Preparation

I basically worked on getting things ready for the craft fair today.

This afternoon I had my first phone call from a wellness coach from our insurance plan. My "assignment" for the next month is .., whenever I feel like snacking/grazing drink water before I do. I hope this will be helpful.

My Daily Goals: Day 4 of 100 - 9/26

1. Track ALL food & exercise emoticon 4/4
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz) emoticon 4/4
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes emoticon 4/4
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies emoticon 4/4
5. Follow trainer's eating plan emoticon 2/4
6. Blog Daily emoticon 4/4

    Somehow I missed a blog and in so doing I didn't get notifications any more, so I'm trying to catch up with you!! Sounds like you are keeping busy and I'm so glad you are working with a wellness coach!! This drinking water before snacking is a great idea! We often think we are hungry when actually we are thirsty!! I'll bet your bottom dollar this Will help!! WooHoo!! (((HUGS)))

    I'm impressed that your insurance company arranges a wellness coach for you. We don't get that in the UK!

    emoticon plan i try this one two sometimes water works others the snack wins but i do get some water in ! we need to remember success consists of a series of daily victories remember when we have a bad day don't worry we all have a rest button called tomorrow and its not a day week / bad month just a bad day and that an be just a bad meal! emoticon
