This morning I got up and did 30 minutes on the elliptical and was ready for the day before the daycare kids came. First time in over a month. It was nice to get moving again. Besides I missed reading
I adhered to my trainer's eating plan except for afternoon snack. I had the last Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffin...temptation is now gone... and a bowl of ice cream after supper. No more ice cream for me for awhile now. But I was able to stay within my calorie range for the day.
I finished piecing the fourth baby quilt this morning. This afternoon I quilted the third one. And tonight I hand-stitched the binding on two of them. So, now I just have to quilt and bind the fourth one.
My Daily Goals: Day 1 of 100 - 9/23
1. Track ALL food & exercise
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz)
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies
5. Follow trainer's eating plan
