My Expectations for BLC 26

My journey to good health is getting tedious!! I'm so tired of not seeing the scale move. I'm on my last ten pounds and seem to have been for 4 months or so.
I plan to stay with my calorie range without fitness figured in.
Might be tough!!
I plan to move 10 miles daily, through my cardio and daily activity.
I've been doing this for awhile, but letting my calories inch up.
I need and plan to Strength Train 2 to 3 times a week. I only manage to attempt this during BLC so the progress will be made it I can start strong and continue through the entire 12 weeks and beyond.
Here it is Sunday and I haven't started for this week!!
