My Expectations for BLC 26

My journey to good health is getting tedious!! I'm so tired of not seeing the scale move. I'm on my last ten pounds and seem to have been for 4 months or so.

I plan to stay with my calorie range without fitness figured in. emoticon Might be tough!!

I plan to move 10 miles daily, through my cardio and daily activity. emoticon I've been doing this for awhile, but letting my calories inch up.

I need and plan to Strength Train 2 to 3 times a week. I only manage to attempt this during BLC so the progress will be made it I can start strong and continue through the entire 12 weeks and beyond. emoticon Here it is Sunday and I haven't started for this week!!

    Yeah, I'm kind of stuck too. I am at this last 6 lbs to lose and it seems like they do not want to go! I'm going to step up my strength training to 3 days a week and work harder on the days when I do it on my own. My cardio is good since I'm training for a half marathon right now. I'm running 4 days a week, cross training 1 day a week and I do at least get my 10,000 steps in on the other days.

    It can be really difficult to lose the last little bit of weight -- the protection, the guarantor, the safety zone. Our bodies function better when they're slim and strong, but they really fight to hold onto fat.

    Mysterious and frustrating!
