BLC 26 Expectations

BLC 26 just started this week, and one of our Challenges this weekend is to blog about our expectations for the next 12 weeks. This isn't my first BLC, so I know how exciting it is to get started and get to know new team mates, and to recommit to my goals. I also know that about half way in, it can be challenging to keep up with everything and to keep the motivation going.
So this time, my expectation is that I will keep my energy and enthusiasm up, and part of the way I will do that is to encourage my team mates to stay committed to their goals, by celebrating every step. For the inevitable times we each take a couple steps back, it only takes one movement in the right direction to get back on track. I will keep reminding myself of that.
I will meditate for a few minutes before climbing into bed, starting tonight, and thinking about how my day went, and what the choices I made were. I will follow by spending just a minute or two before I get up in the morning, smiling even if I don't feel like it, and choosing to have a healthy day.
My exercise routine is pretty good. I expect the motivation of the Weekend Challenges to help me get in that 6th weekly workout that I sometimes struggle with.
I also expect that I will do better each week with tracking my food. I've made a decent start with 2 out of 4 days. I can make it better before the Challenge week is up! I expect the 6 Freggies a day at least 5 days a week will help me make sure I get more of those in, too.
All in all, I think I'm up for a good challenge. I'm starting strong, my team is starting strong, and I think we are ALL going to do really well this round!
