Over a year since I posted here and a lot has changed. I have now run multiple 5Ks. I have come to the vast conclusion that I am not training hard enough though. So after doing some research, I am making Saturday my "kill me now" day. I plan to alternate between hill work and speed work. These are my weaknesses. I figure if I just run the other run days this should be enough to see great changes in my speed at races.
I have started losing weight again! This will also help, but they are in a symbiotic relationship. The more weight I lose the faster I will go. The faster I go the more weight I will lose. I also need to update my picture. Most of my rolls are gone!!
