I do not suffer from what you have but I hear getting in a pool and just walking in the pool or treading water would cause the least amount of pressure and pain. A nice warm indoor pool. 1905 days ago

I'm so sorry that you are suffering such debilitating issues. I have some really good friends who suffer fibromayalsia (sp?). I don't know what they do to alleviate the pain or modify their daily routine to accommodate the issue, but I'll find out and share with you. I like how you're getting this out there because there may be other SP members who are at a stopping point in their health journey due to the same issue and your svlogs may help get them going.

You are an amazing woman. I was diagnosed with Fibro a couple of years ago and I still am searching. Everyone is an individual what works for one doesn't work for the other. I haven't been able to find any meds that help with the pain. I missed the name of your meds(I'll see the video again lol). I know my body feels better when I workout but, let me tell the first couple of weeks of working out really are tough. I think some of it is soreness and some of it is Fibro. I wish you the best of luck! Keep us all posted on your journey. 1906 days ago

Glad to hear that you've not only got a diagnosis, but are also making a plan of action so you can get started on accomplishing your goals. Looking forward to hearing what is working best for you!
