Day 2 of my 14 day challenge. Meet my goal again today. The only thing I'm noticing is now I have so many calories to eat. After getting in the mind set of for to weeks of a lower calorie limit I find it oddly hard to meet this higher limit. So I walked for 1 of my 20 min workouts. Lesser calories burned that way.
Went to McDonald's with my daughter and husband. Had a vanilla cone. (170 cal) the lowest I could find for ice cream. Was delicious. My daughter played on the indoor playground for awhile while me and my husband talked. Was I really nice time. Took some convincing my daughter to get off the playground so we could go home and get her in a bath before bedtime though. lol
I found it helpful to change the settings on my nutrition tracker to not include calories burned because it was just crazy if I didn't, but that's not for everyone. If you want to change it though, you can send me a message and I'll tell you how to do it. 2467 days ago
