One last chance.....

Nine weeks from today, my son is getting married. That is nine weeks from TODAY!!!

I would like to lose twenty pounds by then. I know that is possible, with a little hard work and determination. I am determined to log my food every night and work out every day. That is the only way I will see the results I want to see. That is the only way this program works, is to work it. Without goals, we have nothing to work towards.

So I am going on record that for this week, my goals are to stick to my ranges, drink ALL of my water (80 ounces), and work out every day...at least log 10K steps per day.

I have done this before, and I can do it now. I am worth the effort that it takes to get this weight off, once and for all.
