Just A Few Quick Thoughts

I don't know why but I was super hungry today. Stilled stayed with in my calories though so I'm still happy with myself.

Tomorrow is cardio. I'm thinking of just wrapping myself and my daughter nice and warm. Putting her in the stroller and walking the mile to the library for my work out. It will come to 2 miles total so for me will be a nice enough work out.

Been a few days since I felt as sore as I do today. My hips and butt it seems. Mostly only annoying when sitting down or getting up. On one hand its nice cause its a remind how hard I'm working. On the other being sore makes things harder.

    Hope you're feeling better and got a good workout in. The soreness will go away eventually and you'll find yourself able to go longer and harder as time goes on. Keep the motivation going, you're a champ! emoticon

    Definitely sounds like a good plan!!! Wrap up good, though if it's like here . . . low 44 F and high 51 F. UGH

    2 miles sounds like a great workout. It's nice to have somewhere you can walk to to get that exercise in. I miss living in town where I could walk to the store, library, family member's houses, etc. because it was a good way to get all that walking in with a purpose and destination in mind.
