getting fit is definitely a process that takes place over time. sometimes it can be difficult to be patient with the process. I really enjoy spark people because each day I find somethings that keep me motivated to do well each day. spark people gives me so many tools. now I find myself trying to put it all together for results. I love reading the blogs because they enlighten me and give me perspective and fresh ways of doing things. plus I feel like its important to learn from each others victories and set backs.
I have a hard time eating breakfast but by lunch time im starving. ive learned to have breakfast around ten lunch at one and dinner by six at the latest. I actually put together a menu for September. this way it can help me learn to control my portions better. im an empty nester and im learning to cook meals for one now. I just started in july but im trying to drop the scale down some by December and im ready to blaze into the new year a bit stronger. I love the way it feels to exercise. ive been thinking about going to gnc to find something to give me a blast of energy.
my goal is to strive for consistency. it gets a little easier each day.
