Fall 5% Challenge- Exercise Commitment

I joined the Fall 2014 5% Challenge this year after getting good results and most of all motivation with the Summer 5% Challenge. As part of the requirements when signing up I have to put in writing what my exercise plan and commitment will be.
Fall 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment
Strength Training at home-Circuit training, Chris Freytag 10lb Slimdown Extreme, 3-4x/wk
Cardio- walk outdoors weather permitting, or indoors on treadmill; interval training with inclines, 2x/wk
Hoping to reach my healthy weight goal/BMI by the new year!!
