I swear this was me today while I was out on my walk:

My legs felt very heavy for the first 20 minutes of my walk today . . . I kept giving myself the pep talk, "You can do it, Alice. Actually, this is easy for you. You'll be glad you walked this far. Oh, come on, sweetie, you can keep going."

Anyone else talk to themselves while they're working out??? I keep reminding myself - my body will do what my brain tells it to do.
