Suggestions Please!!!

My goodness it's been hell lately! I have been extremely stressed with work and trying to "work" through that. Unfortunately, alongside of that stress has come changes to my body. I was slowly, but steadily, climbing down the rung of the 190s and all of a sudden the weight started going up. I looked at my nutrition tracker and I only went over my range a couple of days (the most was 50 calories, while still 250 cals under 2000). Since that last time, I've been way under because I have this constant full feeling (not the pleasant one I long for on hungry days). My tummy has inflated

like a sad balloon and I can't think of what else to do to get back on track. I have upped my already ridiculous amount of

water to try and flush my system. I've tried my Arbonne Tea (which is a detox tea). I've been eating more

veggies. I don't know. Everything else on my body feels and looks the same. It's just my tummy. And it's starting to hurt both my tummy and my back. Has anyone else had this problem or know of a way to safely flush out my system? Suggestions are sooooo welcome.
