its so simple to want more. I have to remember in every part of my journey there is a step; a way. it can become easy to look for the quick fix. and the truth is there are no quick fixes in creating a healthier lifestyle. sometimes its easy to forget that the process requires a typhoon of baby steps that add up to results. I want this so bad. I must remember to make baby steps. no excuses. its time for me to trust in the process. eating less and moving more equals weight loss, period. emoticon

my recovery time is so much shorter now. it use to take me months to recover. now it takes days. much better!
