What Gives!

(Whine Alert)
Going for my final weigh-in this coming week and what happens .... my body decides to make things interesting. Digestive issues are back, fasting glucose reading are up.
REALLY?!?! Sometimes there is just no rhyme or reason, stuff just happens.

Yes the summer was going well, I've got one more workout with the Ton of Fun Challenge. I will find a way to make that happen, the heck with my issues.

As for this weekend, the rest of it is supposed to be rainy. At least my spirits will not be dampened. I'm mapping out what I want to do for the rest of this year.

Just keep doing the right things and you'll be fine. No use trying to figure out why the body does what it does sometimes.

I hear you about planning out the rest of the year. Good luck!!

One snapshot does not a whole program convey. The real progress is measured by how many days you stick to your plan and how closely you follow it. By that measure, you're doing very well!

Good for you, sticking with it even when the "numbers" aren't cooperating.

I feel your frustration -- we always want the immediate "reward" when we are good, but our bodies don't always respond the way we want them too! WTG on your determination to attend the last workout; you're definitely on the right track even with this temporary blip!!

OY! It's not easy dealing with the fluctuations of our body's rhythm. **SIGH**

All I can do is offer a big "I understand" and a HUG!

Our bodies fluctuate so much that this is probably temporary readings. Rest assured you've been keeping your body as healthy as possible and you'll get better readings next time.
