I would say on a scale of 1-10 I would fall in the range of an 8 and slowly decreasing. I am one of those who has no control over cravings.
However I gave myself an 8 because my cravings are slowly being tamed. The exercise is the key for me. That's why I work out every day. I need that time to give me control over my eating.
