I just finished writing a blog and lost it -- frustrating!
Today is the 100th day of my personal challenge. This is from my first day..."I am ready to get back on track. My birthday is in 100 days. So I am starting a challenge for myself to lose 15-20 lbs. My goal is to be at 225 or below by my birthday. Many of the following goals had gone by the wayside and they used to be habits. Time to input them back into my routine."
I only lost 6 pounds, but my daily goals did become habits again.
I have learned that it is okay not to reach my daily goals 100% of the time. Life gets in the way. I just pick up and do them the next day.
My frustration level is with losing the weight. I reach my daily goals -- eat well, exercise and still can't lose weight or or it is extremely slow. But I will not give up. I lost my quit long time ago and will continue on.
There are 126 days until Dec 31st. I am challenging myself to lose another 6 pounds and be out of the 230's. I know that doesn't seem like much, but this will also be during the holidays and the Fall is always harder for me to lose.
I also will be seeing my doctor next week and will discuss with him what I can do. I also have signed up for a weight loss coach through my insurance company.
My Daily Goals - Day 100 of 100:
1. Track ALL food & exercise
we went out to eat for my birthday and I didn't track supper
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz)
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies
5. High protein breakfast
6. Eliminate morning snack
