I worked on the kilt off and on today.
I did a SP 12 min cardio video this morning. I still am tired and haven't got back to getting up early to work out on the elliptical for 30 min.
1. Track ALL food & exercise
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz)
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies
5. High protein breakfast
6. Eliminate morning snack
7. Blog daily
