I worked on the kilt off and on today.

I did a SP 12 min cardio video this morning. I still am tired and haven't got back to getting up early to work out on the elliptical for 30 min.

Daily Goals-
1. Track ALL food & exercise emoticon
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz) emoticon
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes emoticon
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies emoticon
5. High protein breakfast emoticon
6. Eliminate morning snack emoticon
7. Blog daily emoticon

    The elliptical isn't going anywhere, hon! When you get rested a bit more, it'll say," Hey Carrie!!! Let's go!!" hehe Just like nothing ever changed in your routine!! Your moving right along!!
