so ready to weigh in 2morro for the new blc challenge.
really nervous so I'm gonna have a last minute workout by painting, the whole of my staircase.
needed doing for a while, and since my motivation the last week has been great i think I'm just gonna get on with it.
to be honest to help with my motivation i have been saying to myself, okay so this needs doing I'm just going to do it.... it makes me feel great once I've done but most of the things are really things I've been meaning to do for a while, like:
stitching clothes that have holes in them or
tidying out my shoe cupboard or
sorting the kitchen cupboards (still to do)
like i said I've been meaning to do them for a while but my motivation has been rubbish.
hopefully, i can carry this on with my gym membership, going into work and then going to the gym straight after without going home, one of my main problems with coming home after work is i dont wanna get back up once I've sat down, early early starts on a morning not helping!
