HEY!!!

Sunday, August 24, 2014

I guess it's been a year since I've been online.

Let's see. I am working full time, and now I am a full time student. I am working on finishing my Bachelors of Arts in Business Management before I attempt to earn my Master's degree. I've been able to move into a better position with the company I have been with for the last two years.

Constantly working to improve my life and the life I provide for my daughter.

My goals right now are to eat clean and focus on exercise. I'm going to do my best to try not to let the scale rule me right now. I'd like to reach 150lbs. I'm giving thought to joining the national guard but I can't even honestly consider it since I do not meet the weight requirements so I can't even apply. By their height and weight requirements I need to weigh less than 153lbs so we will see...

So on my plate I have work, school, my writing career, family and weight loss. I realize that it is alot on my plate but I've been spending months organizing my life and family and our household in a manner that suits my goals. I can't concentrate when there is clutter everywhere. I have a good place to go when I need to focus if I can't focus in my home.

Weight loss isn't easy but it is a lifestyle change. To me that means I should be able to do these things naturally and every day no matter what it is happening in my life. I don't want to experience a 40lb weight gain every time my life is busy. Taking care of myself needs to be a priority and so no waiting, no more excuses. The change needs to start now. Not tomorrow, not on the 1st of the month. Today. Now. This hour.
