What can I do different?

New habits are a must. Doing something different will get us to some place different. Maybe even a place that seems to be a bit of a fantasy right now.
I used to knit and crochet to avoid/reduce night time eating. With my finger injured that is not an option. I have made cards for card weaving. I will make the loom soon. I got the stuff. I have books to read. I like FB & SP. I am writing too.
I know that just paying attention will help. What have you found that helps you?
