Take A Breath

I hadn't done to well with my new start up plan. That doesn't mean I quit or I fail. I know it will take time to get back on the healthy living train again. My husband and I finally started doing some exercise today. We started our morning out with it. We only did 30 minutes. Baby steps is what I need right now. Working my way into my own challenge list I made. My goal is not to overwhelm myself. Now just take a breathe and concentrate. Little by little I will build myself back up with the LORD's help. I can't do it by myself. I need the strength of the LORD.
