What to do with my fat clothes

Tuesday, August 19, 2014

No I won't keep them as a reminder. I don't want to look back. I don't want that safety net. As Walt Disney would say: "keep moving forward" I'm going to maintain this healthy lifestyle. For my daughter.

I donate every single thing with the exception of 1 pair of jeans. I've thought about donating those too but honestly I pull them on every once in awhile when I feel like I'm not making progress. It is a good reminder of how far I've come.

Congrats on the great NSV! emoticon emoticon

I kept 1 pair of pants and belt. That was it. Just as a reminder for me to see how far I have come. I've only looked at them twice in two years. But there are a lot of people who are in between sizes and need a few cheaper items of clothing to get them by...donate them! :)
