Whole30 and ultra running

I've tried whole30 and it works!!! I even ran an 8hr endurance race while following it! Watermelon and larabars saved me!!




The first pictures are weeks1-3! What a change!! And how I look now! I'm training for a 40 mile trail race which will be my 3rd ultra marathon this year!! I'm not skinny but running farther and eating better!
