Count down to onederland!

After having a bad week and being so close to one of my goals I decided the best incentive I could do for a push is a count down to my next goal, which is onederland.
Currently weigh: 207.8
This week to get the weight down I will do the following:
Cardio: 300 minutes minimum for the week
ST: 90 minutes min for the week
Track: all food, no candy, more freggies and plenty of protein
Focus: this has been my issue is losing focus so whether tired or busy push past it all and stay on track of all goal.
