The real workout . . .

LOOVE this sentiment because I have this ongoing discussion in my head (while I'm working out) of "it's time to quit" . . . "No, you can do 5 more minutes" . . . "But I don't want to" . . . "this is your favorite song -- just do one more song" . . . "I think I'm going to die" . . .
Sometimes I put more effort into the fight in my head than I do into the cardio exercise. So, I need to remind myself that when I feel like quitting, I'm actually just hitting my stride. There are more steps, more yards and more songs to go!
