I am still struggling with consistency. I have gone back to my old mainstay, walking in the tunnels at work. I did a very brisk, 30-minute walk through the tunnels today, plus walked up and down 6 flights of steps. I would like to get into the habit of going to the gym after work each day as well, to supplement my walks with a 30-minute workout. But, I get to feeling pretty tired at the end of the day, I know I need to cook dinner, etc., etc. ... I know, lots of excuses. But like I've said, my issue is CONSISTENCY. So, I need to feel pleased that I got in a brisk, 30-minute walk today so far, as well as doing 25 pushups. If I can do a little more after I get home, that is icing on the cake!

    Any chance you can exercise in the morning before work? I find it's much easier to stay consistent and motivated in the morning (I tend to make excuses by the end of the day!). But that could just be me! :-)
