I hesitated to make this blog entry - I am not very good at consistency. But I do believe that lately, my body has been sending my driven-mind a message: It needs attention, exercise, and kindness!
So, today, I started the day by journaling, I took my dog for a 30-minute walk, and I did two brisk walks during the day, for a total of 52 minutes. Pretty good, but even if I just can get in one, 20-minute walk during the day, I so want to develop consistency. I think for me, that is key to a successful fitness program right now!
