I am staring a workout plan tomorrow called "Stronger." I am excited and hopeful that the quick 30 minute, need no equipment workouts will help me focus on my needs for the next 100 (or so) days.

I like the name "Stronger" it makes me think of lots of things...
I'm getting stronger everyday.
I'm stronger than my emotional eating.
I'm strong enough to walk through my husband's cancer.
My relationship with my Higher Power is stronger than food OR cancer.
