New job, new classes, new challenges

It's been a loooooong time since I've blogged (or even logged on for that matter).
Let's see -- I had to have a wrist replacement last Fall so that has really impacted my weight training -- I've only been able to use a barbell for chest press within the last month. I still can't use a straight bar for bicep curls but I'm getting closer.
I'm working at a new gym that came to town -- and it's great. I'm training people from all walks of life and helping them meet their goals. I've even started teaching classes again... cardio kickboxing and BOUNCE! The bounce class is a 1/2 hour aerobic class on trampolines (next door to the gym is a trampoline park owned by my bosses and we have it all to ourselves). I put on rocking 80's music and the ladies love it -- it's like being a kid again.
