BLC 25 End Notes

Argh, this is the second Blog that I lost, and the last one just as I was finishing!
One more time:
I've really enjoyed BLC 25 with the FI (Fuchsia Beauties Inc.) What a strong, determined group of women! We've shared ups and downs; and in particular the ones who have kept on despite serious challenges in their lives have really inspired me. This team has offered just the blend of support, encouragement, and a well-placed but gently "kick" when I needed it. I appreciate that I'm not the only one who sometimes has to make a fresh start every single blessed day. They believe in me, I believe in them, and I believe in myself. Each day I can become a little healthier - and being healthy, strong, and energetic is my real goal.
My favorite NSV this round is that people are noticing that I've lost weight. Even when the scale doesn't budge much, people comment that I'm losing weight. Much of that is from the extra toning up I've been doing. It helped that I went down a dress size at the beginning of the round. I definitely feel stronger.
I do not plan to stop between BLC rounds. I will keep up my 5-6 exercise sessions per week (and I still find getting that 6th one in a challenge). I will continue planning my weekly menus including snacks. I will refocus (again) on the DASH diet - I'm doing well with main meals but slipping in too many snacks. even "low calorie" snacks add up! I still struggle with logging food, so I will plan on tracking my food at least twice a week during the break. I want to start BLC 26 at least 3-5 pounds less than I end BLC 25.
