Check in/ goals and numbers

Morning everyone!

I have been back on almost 4 months now. The highest I was this year was 239lbs and the last time I weighed on 7/19/14 I was 227.2lbs. So a total of 12lbs. I say slowly but surely! And I definitely say I'd rather be where I'm at now than where I was! And 12lbs gone definitely makes a difference on how you feel. My goal was to be out of the 230's by the end of June but I reached that about a week into July. My end of July goal is to reach 223lbs, which I am 4lbs away from now. That is 2 weeks away, so still doable. My long term goal which I've held since about April/May was to reach 212lbs by Sept 19th. The odd date is because that is about when I am planning my next vacation. And the odd goal weight is because I saw a picture of me a few years ago at 212lbs and realized how nice I really did look at that weight. At the time that was a weight gain for me and I wasnt happy in that picture and didn't like how I looked. Now I have the fortitude to know better now that I look back on it! Now I would love to look like that again! And I'm close. 15lbs to go. That's a lot better than the beginning of the year when I was 27lbs away from that goal. So I am excited that I am making that progress. And the count down is on.

Once I reach 212lbs, I think everyone knows my next mini goal will definitely be 199lbs! Which will be very much exciting. It is definitely on the horizon and will definitely be reached before this year is out. I got goals man!

Well that's about it for now! Hope everyone has a great day!
