FINALLY--It's Friday---
Lord love a Duck----It has been busy!
And it does look like it will be hot all weekend!
....which means---more water to drink!
Yesterday I did NOT get all my steps in---stopped at just over 5000----
We have son#2 the Air Canada Pilot with his family here----which means-----the routine is upset--
Funny how women cater to other people before they ""do"" for themselves---
Hopefully I can boost the steps to-day!
