Day 2 Losing 10lb in 30 Days

Day 1 went well. Didn't overeat and exercised. Today I drive home from vacation and have an appointment with my trainer so exercise no problem. Eating will be my challenge but have planned to eat healthy getting in fruits and veges with a smoothie. I feel better already when I eat well and exercise. Here I go Day 2 and thanks Spark friends for your support. It really helps. Have a healthy day too! They're the best emoticon
