Talk Tuesday

The reason I choese Talk Tuesday is I first thought of tace tuesday and I thought of the tittle the other day, thought I would talk about whatever I had on my mind. So, today I'll talk about getting back on track. A while ago I let my self have a litle more surger than I should have and food too, not on my diet and of course I gained a few pounds and wasen't happy about it. I feld like I was doing ok and could give in a little big mistake. I decide enough was enough if I didn't start getting back on track because I didn't want to gain all my wweight back that I had already got off. Now , I'm glad I got back on my diet and I have lost about 26 pounds since and still loseing. emoticon

    It is so easy to get off track and fall into old habits, I have been struggling with that myself. Great job recognizing you were not going where you needed to and pulling it together! emoticon
