10 lbs in a Month

I want to lose 10 lbs. in 30 days.
The hardest part for me will be food consumption. That is my challenge. Exercise I fit in - good add more. So for the next 30 days I will plan my meals the day before and track what I eat. Today is day 1. I would like to be one dress size smaller by September 20th. I appreciate all the support from my friends so thank you ahead of time. Here I go...
