Day 50 of 100 - Halfway

I am halfway through my 100 Day challenge. I have lost @ 7 lbs. I am adding another daily goal - Made to Crave. I had started the book last year but I never finished it. I want to finish it now and apply what I learn. I will be starting it back up tomorrow.

Daily Goals- Day 50 -- 7/8
1. Track ALL food & exercise emoticon
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz) emoticon
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes -- emoticon
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies emoticon
5. High protein breakfast emoticon
6. Eliminate morning snack emoticon
7. Blog Daily emoticon
8. Made to Crave
