Gotta get a new mindset!

In the past, I have been making BIG mistakes. That is, every time I achieved my goal weight, I quit doing the things I needed to do to get there. I quit tracking my food; I quit exercising; I quit seeking out motivation. This time, I hope I have learned my lesson (but I want to avoid over-confidence). My food log is still in place; I have gone to the gym this morning for an hour to "celebrate" the 4th and it turns out that I do feel like celebrating! I have a healthy dinner cooking: baked wild-caught salmon, rice pilaf, fresh squash from my cousin's garden, and a big pot of kale. Later in the day, there will be dessert, maybe an Almost Cheesecake (recipe on SParkpeople) or low-fat butter pecan ice cream. I plan to keep on logging in to Sparkpeoplpe to get my motivation, because without it, I know I can't keep going! Happy Independence Day, everyone!
