June Fitness Stats and July Goals

Compared to May:
Steps: 324,629 up from 318,448
Average steps per day: 10,820 up slightly from 10,272
Fitness Minutes: 4,362 up from 3,780 (getting closer to that 5,000 a month goal!)
Calories Burned: 24,636 up from 22,732
Average calories burned per day: 821 up from 733
So... I may not have lost any weight-- holding steady between my ticker weight of 133 and about 136, depending on the day-- but I am improving!
For July, I am going to work on getting my average steps per day up closer to 15,000. On vacation last week I did make my first 25,000+ day
--and another 23,000+ day-- so I was proud of that.
I think this is the season when I need to focus on FUN fitness and less on losing weight. My appetite definitely wanes a bit in summer so that should help! I still want to get into those size six jeans I have hanging up, but I also want to enjoy the season before (hopefully) I get a job soon. Hope everyone has a great July.
