Day 36 of 100 - Gym Again

The girls were picked up early, so I headed to the gym. I did some strength & cardio.
When I was at the gym, I saw my trainer. He said that another client who saw me last night told him that I looked like I have lost some weight. Nice NSV!
I finished quilting one of the "Rise & Shine It's Cherry Pickin' Time" quilts. I got frustrated at the last row. I ended up having to take out the whole row of stitching. However, I didn't go snack out of frustration, but just took it and restitched it.
My Daily Goals-
1. Track ALL food & exercise
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz)
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes --
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies
5. High protein breakfast
6. Eliminate morning snack
it was healthy though
