Food Tracking is soooo dificult for me. I have tracked everything I ate for 2 days now, and I love it but its so time consuming and a pain in the ass. How to overcome it? Maybe I need to really give this some thought. I have gone thru my whole life without really knowing what i feed my body and this habbit is hard to break.
Things I think will help:
- Plan my meals (every meal and snack)
- add my meals to my "favorites" under the nutrition tracker for easy access
- eat the same things over and over so that tracking in less time consuming (foods i enjoy)
what else will help me stay on track?
