Day 35 of 100 - Gym

It has been over a couple of weeks since I have been to the gym. As soon as the kids were picked up I headed to the gym for a 30 min workout on the stationary bike.

My Daily Goals-
1. Track ALL food & exercise emoticon
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz) emoticon
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes -- emoticon
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies emoticon
5. High protein breakfast emoticon
6. Eliminate morning snack emoticon
7. Blog Daily emoticon
