4+ Months to Wedding, Nowhere Near Goal

I started off 2014 engaged and motivated to drop upwards of 20 pounds and keep them off by November when my wedding came around. By February I was well on my way to my goal, but by March I was off the wagon as a result of some unforeseen family issues. Now half-way through the year and I really need to get back on track. I'd be pleased with a 15-pound loss and some definition in my upper arms, but I just don't know where to start!

    You CAN reach this goal, it is completely doable if you believe in yourself. Track your food, and begin with some simple arm exercises(spark has plenty to choose from), commit to exercise at least 4 days this week, even if its just for a short time. I also like "potty" pushups...each time before using the restroom, do a set of pushups(I always did wall pushups) emoticon

    Start anywhere! Anything is better than nothing and once you start, it is so much easier to keep going! It's the starting that is most difficult so just do it! Because you can do it! Think about how you want to look in your wedding photos and how much healthier you will be.
