Day eight

Thursday, June 19, 2014

After discussing with myself for a while I really went to that water exercise - only to find that it was not on... all dark and quiet in that tempered pool so I went into the ordinary swimmingpool and started swimming - and realised that it was probably closed because it was all quiet and emptuy... but I thought that I would coniinue until somebody came and asked me to leave... and I did the 45 minutes I had time for before going to work and when I went back to the locker rooms I met a staff person that said "weré closed" . I said I just hade realised that and thought that little did she know that I had been in there for 45 minutes... it was not locked because it is the same lockerrooms as for the gym that opens at 7 pm and - lucky for me - they had not locked the doors into the swimming pools.

But this means that summer time schedule is on which means that it is possible to swim early only twice a week and obviously not wednesdays... my vacation is coming up after midsummer so I will not go to the city that much either, exercise will be mostly biking. Although daughter has got accepted on a "literature camp" next week. It is daytime only and in the city - I have planned that I will drive her OR get her but then she will have to go by bus herself in one direction a day. And Ihad planned to go swimming as I was driving her, that won´t be possible in the mornings so we´ll see...

Food yesterday was chicken&noodle salad, very nice.

I had a comment about maybe drinking to little yesterday (thanks joy) and I think it was right - I will put an effort in really drinking a lot of water early this day and see what happens
