Where are y'all?

Wednesday, June 18, 2014

Thank Goodness we have a new day--to get things right----
I am about ready to hit the back road with Coal, the black resident German, as in dog---I can already see mosquitoes on the screen ready to attack us!
It might look calm out there, but.....I can hear them buzzing-----(the bugs I mean)

Coal doesn't mind the bugs-----

To-day I will drink water-----watch what I eat-----
I don't see any of you on the dock yet------
Where are y'all?

Love the resort vibe from the photos. Stuck here in hot, humid, Central Texas, feeding the skeeters. I must say from several visits to Canada in the past, we remember your mosquitoes being larger than ours!

The mosquitoes have stopped me at the border between our 2 provinces!!!!!! Mind you we have enough of our own!!
I do love your place though. I have always wanted to live in the north, but hubby doesn't want to and he works in one city and I work in another. So it would be much to far to travel, unfortunately. But I do envy you!!!!

Coal looks like he's patiently waiting to walk! Hope the mosquitos didn't eat you alive!

I agree with the others...you DO live in Paradise! Just with mosquitoes! Have a SUPER Monday and keep huggin' those babies! (as in Germans)

...I'm not on the dock with you, but I'm here nonetheless, Lynda! You have mosquitoes and we have clouds of biting gnats...but it's better than snow! :)

You live in paradise, absolutely!! Despite the mosquitoes . . . and Charlie brought several rapacious ones into the kitchen on his fur this morning, pretty much the same size as Canada geese actually.

you have a beautiful home. The dock looks inviting and I wish I could just sit there and feed the bugs. Enjoy the beauty.

Beware of invitations!! We still have frequent flier miles left from when my himself was traveling overseas so much for business so we may just show up!!! Remember that old adage...beware of Greeks bearing gifts....no wait that's not right..Be careful what you wish for. That's it!! emoticon

Seriously the dock looks inviting. I will be spending my summer playing nurse (wait I really am a nurse so don't REALLY have to play at it) taking care of my himself due to get a hip replacement mid July. And really, he thinks he is going to come home from the hospital able to do just what he did before. And when I say it will take a few weeks he asks me how I know that. Really, 40 years as a nurse and I guess I either did not learn anything in nursing school OR I am forgetting what I actually did learn?? I think not!! HE is in for a very big shock if he keeps thinking like that!! emoticon

    Have a wonderful Wednesday!!

That deck *does* look inviting, but I'm kinda booked for the next week... emoticon

Spark a great today... and frustrate those 'skeeters! Defeat 'em, fight 'em, beat 'em! emoticon
