Before the 5% Challenge begins, here are some of my pre-challenge activities that I've been keeping up with.
Exercise: I can now wear regular, close-toed shoes for the first time in months, so I will be walking at-least a mile every single day. I'm also re-joining the Sparkteam: 5K Your Way, so that I can build back up.
Nutrition: I will continue WW, and do a MUCH better job!
I will recognize/avoid my triggers: Convenience, Boredom, Chocolate!
