Happy Father's Day!
This morning I got up early to be able to exercise and shower before the granddaughter's got up.
This afternoon when the girls were napping, I laid down and ended up taking almost a two hour nap!
My Daily Goals--Day 27 of 100 6/15/14
1. Track ALL food & exercise
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz)
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes --
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies
5. High protein breakfast
6. Eliminate morning snack
