Summer 5% Challenge

Weight training - minimum of 20 minutes 4 times a week
Cardio - minimum 30 minutes 5 days a week
Other - on "rest" days doing something active such as gardening, walking for a minimum of 30 minutes
Paleo - since I am off diabetes medication and want to stay that way, I am very aware of my carb consumption. This food plan seems to allow me the most control but I am struggling to eat enough calories.
